HubSpot's Nordic Sales Division sought a digital solution to enhance productivity and streamline client needs identification for their sales teams. This case study details how Decodifi partnered with them to develop a powerful, scalable platform that transformed their operations.

The challenge

HubSpot's Nordic Sales Division faced the need to improve their sales team's performance. Their existing processes lacked a unified digital tool to easily identify potential client needs and boost overall productivity. The initial approach involved developing an interactive sales playbook for a single team. While this MVP delivered remarkable results, driving that team to become a leader within their department, it highlighted a crucial next step: scaling the platform, enhancing its capabilities, and incorporating broader user feedback to meet the needs of additional teams.

The solution

Decodifi's no-code development approach proved to be the ideal fit for HubSpot's requirements, facilitating rapid deployment, user testing, and swift design iterations without the need for HubSpot to establish an internal development team.

Following the initial success, we engaged in discussions with team leaders across the company who expressed strong interest in adopting the platform. Based on their valuable feedback and successful initial adoption by numerous teams, we initiated a larger development phase. During this phase, we completely reimagined the app's design, introduced powerful new features, and enhanced its professionalism with a focus on an intuitive, user-friendly interface led by a dedicated designer. We also translated the platform into four languages and introduced a comprehensive admin panel, empowering users to manage their teams and performance data with greater ease.

The result

Upon the successful launch of the expanded platform, various teams and managers within HubSpot's Sales Division actively adopted the system and immediately experienced improved outcomes. They continued to demonstrate substantial growth in conversion rates and key performance metrics. Building on this success, the platform's next steps involved extending its reach to UK and American teams (which included developing functionality to display prices in pounds and dollars), expanding the admin panel's features, and introducing two additional languages.
